BLACK MAGIC CAKE

Ingredients

1 ¾ cups of flour

2 cups sugar

¾ cups cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup sour milk (ordinary milk + small amount of vinegar or lemon juice)

½ cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Beat wet ingredients for 2 mins.

Add to dry ingredients and mix for 2 mins.

Add 1 cup strong black coffee and mix in.

Grease and flour 9x13 tin.

Bake 30 mins gas mark 4, 350F 180C.
